In such cases, projects may be re-opened for other translators to take on. This is the only way we can protect our clients from frauds and poor-quality translators. If a translation is disputed that you felt was good, yet there was some wrongdoing (in terms of parties not acting on good faith), please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
What if the client is not satisfied with the result?
The project may be reopened but we'll always listen to you first.
